In the early parliamentary elections today, I had the opportunity to visit 29 ballot boxes. I visited 29 ballot boxes in Narimanov, Sumgayit, Absheron, Hatayi, Nasimi, Sabail, Nizami, Binagadi. In the meantime, I also visited Shussa, Agdam, Khojaly, and Hojavend's ballot boxes of escaped occupants. I witnessed that all the rules of democracy work in the elections. At 19.00 in the evening, I was present with the German, Uzbek, Chinese, Kazakh Observers at the opening of the 18th box in Nasimi and counting the votes. I also observed that the number of observers in the ballot boxes was at least ten people, the majority of which were women. With these elections, we can say that Azerbaijan gave a successful test of democracy.
