Ambassador Michael B. Christides, who assumes his duties as Secretary General for the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, received Dr. Akkan Suver in his office. Dr. Suver invited the Secretary General to the 21st Eurasian Economic Summit in April. During the visit, he stressed that General Secretaries of the BSEC participated in the Eurasian Economic Summits in the previous years. Dr. Suver emphasized the significance of regional cooperation and that the Black Sea coexistence is very good example for this.
