The consul general of Kazakhstan H.E. Yerkebulan Sapiyev and their delegation had a visit to Marmara Group Foundation at December 31, 2014. Also the administrators of the foundation and academicians were together for the meeting. 

In Consul General Yerkebulan Sapiyev’s visit Dr. Akkan Suver, Şamil Ayrım, Prof. Dr. Atilla Dicle, Prof. Dr. Ersin Kalaycıoğlu, (R) General Necdet Timur, Cahit Karakullukçu, Cengiz Güldamlası and Kenan Akın attended the meeting.

The speech of Dr. Akkan Suver is below.

As of Marmara Group Foundation, we, with our civil society identity, attaches great importance to the relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan.

We would like to emphasize that; Today Turkish World has accepted and adopted the rightness within the views of Nursultan Nazarbey who made an attempt on establishing Turkish-speaking countries cooperation.

Again, the thoughts of Nursultan Nazarbey on constituting a Turkish Academy are about to be actualized.

Nursultan Nazarbayev, is also known as having an accepted idea of ‘’we should teach Turkishnnes to our children and to the whole world’’ philosophy.

As to Turkey, our country supports the Kazakhstan’s membership of United Nations Security Council on 2017-2018 periods. This is the policy of our country.

Next year, High Level Cooperation Council will gather under the presidency of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev in Astana on 2015.

All this with a short paragraph is the present summary of Turkish – Kazak relations.

We would like to indicate strongly that; next year is going to celebrate the 70th Victory Year of the Kazakhstan War. Nursultan Nazarbayev has shown priority to 5115 alive veterans and remembered them and showed a great leadership here and honored them with a gift set and celebrated. This are his sign of high fidelity and grateful.

Here I want to emphasize with a few lines the growing relations between Turkey – Kazakhstan.

Today we come together as the Marmara Group Foundation administrators; we celebrate the new year of Kazakhstan.

We wish happiness to our Kazakh brothers and we would like to congratulate the new year of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev, with our civil society identity.
