The Consul General of the People's Republic of China, Qian Bo, held a reception and celebrated the 68th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Vasip Şahin, Governor of Istanbul, Dr. Mustafa Çalışkan, Istanbul Police Chief, and a large group of invited guests, including military and civilian officials, attended the reception given at Çırağan Palace. Consul General of China, Qian Bo, and Governor of Istanbul Vasip Şahin made speeches and discoursed on the relations between Turkey and China. President of Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver and Müjgan Suver also attended the reception which was held until late hours. Müjgan and Dr. Akkan Suver, Consul General of the People's Republic of China, Qian Bo and his wife, Consul General of Macedonia Zerrin Abaz and Consul General of Pakistan Yousaf Junaid are in the picture.
