Alişer Agzamhocayev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan in Ankara, presented a dinner in his honor in Ankara to Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Elyar Ganiyev. In his speech at the given dinner, Vice President Fuat Oktay stated that they are happy to meet and embrace a common geography, history and culture as brotherly peoples: he expressed his pleasure to host valuable guests from Uzbekistan in Ankara.

Fuat Oktay stated that he sincerely believes that the visit will make significant contributions to the development of ties between friendly and brotherly countries.

Vice President Fuat Oktay, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Elyar Ganiyev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Ankara Alisher Azamhocayev, foreign mission chiefs in the capital, bureaucracy and civil society representatives, academics, press members and invited guests attended the meeting.

Speaking here Elyar Ganiyev while stating that he is in Turkey within the scope of 5th Meeting of Turkey-Uzbekistan Joint Economic Commission he thanked the Turkish delegation for their hospitality.

Elyar Ganiyev while expressing that joint efforts are underway to improve the relations between the two countries and that they are moving to a new stage in terms of quality said that" Uzbekistan-Turkey relations has been overcome stagnation in a short time, our relationships are improving"

Ganiyev who recalled Şevket Mirziyoyev’s The President of Uzbekistan visit to Turkey in 2017 and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visits to Uzbekistan in 2018, said that new gates and new pages will open in relations between the two states.
