Mihail Formuzal has assembled the Gagauz people living around the world at the city of Komrat in Moldova’s Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia where he serves as President. Marmara Group Foundation has attended the assembly as an NGO from Turkey, the President of the foundation Dr. Akkan Suver and Member of the Executive Board Şamil Ayrım has received ‘Gagavuz Yeri Medal of Honor’ due to their high support for the Eurasian Economic Summits. President Formuzal emphasized that the work Marmara Group Foundation is conducting has a great meaning in the Balkans.
