Board of Directors Meeting of International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, which is based in Bucharest, was held in Baku. During the Board of Directors Meeting, Dr. Akkan Suver had a speech after Famous man of literature in Azerbaijan Cengiz Abdullayev was chosen as the President.

Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan H.E. Elmar Mammadyarov and Hon. Cengiz Abdullayev  are together in a meeting.

During their trip to Baku, Dr. Akkan Suver and Hon. Şamil Ayrım was received by the Vice - President of Azerbaijan H.E. Prof. Dr. Ali Hasanov, Vice- President of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbajian H.E. Valeh Aleskerov and  Ziyafet Askerov and Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. İltimas Mehmedov.

Dr. Akkan Suver, Hon. Şamil Ayrım, Hon. Bahadır Aksoy, H.E. Ambassador Eldar Hasanov and Hon. İsmail Safi are together during the Board of Directors Meeting of International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.

 Dr. Suver and Hon. Ayrım visited the Deputy Minister of Communications and Technologies H.E. İltimas Mehmedov in his office.

Dear President,

Before I start my speech, I sadly express our regrets for the sad fire that happened in Baku the other day.

We are deeply sorry for our Azerbaijani brothers who lost their lives in this terrible fire.  We cordially pray for our brother Azerbaijan and wish them patience and from God to the ones lost their lives and our wounded brothers.

Peace and Cooperation in the Caspian Sea !

Black Sea – Caspian Sea International Fund that was formed by these two exceptional ideas, from the day it was established in Bucharest, It has put forth an  fruitful, pointed, having strong personality international cooperation organization.

International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea has started with the Presidency of H.E.  Iulian Fota, continued with the Presidency of H.E. Victor Khamarin and was reverted today with the Presidency of H.E. İsmail Safi.  The effort of the Secretary General Ambassador H.E. Eldar Hasanov deserves sincere appreciations and compliments regarding the successes and existence of International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.

As from its earliest days, I would like to extend my appreciations to all friends who contributed much in order to improve this beautiful cooperation. Our friends, who participated among us within years, have provided significant rewarding opportunities for us become more powerful.

In the presence of you, I owe all these friends a debt of gratitude on behalf of our Foundation which I am proud of being the President of.

I believe that, International Black Sea – Caspian Sea International Fund will be more powerful under  the presidency of Azerbaijan as the powerful part of the Caucasus, well-respected in Europe and accepted country in the World. Azerbaijan already has great obvious achievements regarding our Foundation’s works and successes.

On the other hand, our friend Chingiz Abdullayev who will take the presidency is also one of the distinguished and outstanding personalities of the Azerbaijan literature. It is a great and considerable chance for our Foundation to be run by a famous writer who is well-respected not only in Azerbaijan but also in the World.  As a world-wide known literature to accept this duty will also be helpful for the Foundation to gain prestige, respect and universal title in the global arena.

I congratulate H.E. Chingiz Abdullayev .

I would like to extend my gratitude to H.E. Ismail Safi for his success.

I extend my respects to H.E. Victor Khamarin for his continuity workings.

It is one of my privileged to mention about H.E. luian Fota for his great responsibilities that he had taken since the Foundation was born.

And additionally, I would like you to applause our great conductor H.E. Eldar Hasanov who brought the whole Foundation to these days  as a conductor discipline within a harmony and responsibility.

I believe that , Black Sea – Caspian Sea International Fund will be more successful and will achieve fruitful as an association and the example of togetherness.
