The General Assembly of the Turkish Foundation for Small and Medium Business (TOSYÖV) was held at the Ankara Chamber of Industry. During the meeting moderated by Dr. Akkan Suver, Yalçın Sönmez – as the President of a Civil Society Organisation renowned for his achievements, made over the tenure to Nezih Kuleyin.
