In the ceremony, which took place in Podgorica City Library, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Vujica Lazovic, Minister of Science of Montenegro Sanja Vlahovic, Ambassador of Turkey in Pogdorica Mehmet Niyazi Tanılır, Member of Montenego Parliament Rifat Rastoder, Former Minister of Interior Affairs Jusuf Kalamperovic and many listeners were also present.

In the ceremony, which was also attended also by Dr. Akkan Suver, Müjgan Suver, Mine Güldamlası, Cengiz Güldamlası, members of Embassy of Azerbaijan and members of Embassy of Azerbaijan Prof.Dr. Serbo Rastoder, Prof.Dr. Novak Adzic, Atvija Kerovic and Abidin Temizer made their comments about the book.

Commenting on the study, "Montenegro / Karadag" Serbo Rastoder reminded that such records are the cornerstone of the mission of establishing cooperation and understanding among different cultures. Without denying its importance he stressed the fact that an "enormous Islamic oriental heritage of Montenegro, which is considered a direct consequence of the presence of the Ottoman Empire in the region is suppressed and ignored."
