EU and HUMAN RIGHTS PLATFORM of MARMARA GROUP FOUNDATION

The Marmara Group Foundation sets great value upon the EU membership process of Turkey. The EU and Human Rights Forum based on this thought execute projects aiming to accommodate the European values into the mind-set of our society in compliance with the EU criteria and monitor closely the transformation realised within Turkey and conduct assessments accordingly. The Foundation collaborates with the universities, NGO’s, institutions and foundations working parallel to these goals and establish platforms to conduct joint projects with them. Mrs. Suver, as the charter member of the Women Leaders of Future, shortly Kagider, and the Ka-Der member, supports the activities and actions by conducting public workings. Among the scope of the working fields of the EU and Human Rights Platform, we can refer to the ones such as societal gender equality, participative and pluralistic democracy, secular constitutional state, economic development, equal sharing, and social justice.
