International Seminar on 21st – Century Maritime Silk Road Initiative’ to be held on February 11-12, 2015, in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China. The theme of the seminar will be ‘’ Collectively Building the 21st – Century Maritime Silk Road and Creating a Community of Common Destiny.’’
