Marmara Group Foundation gave a dinner in honor of Ambassador Erkan Özoral, who successfully completed his duty as Turkey's Ambassador to Azerbaijan. Marmara Group Foundation presented Ambassador Erkan Özoral with a Certificate of Gratitude at the dinner, which was organized for his outstanding success in his relations with both the countries he was in and with the Marmara Group Foundation. Turkey-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group President Şamil Ayrım also attended the dinner, where the document was presented on behalf of the Foundation by the Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Nermine Mustafayeva.

Ambassador Erkan Özoral has been appointed as the Presidential Protocol General Manager by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan after leaving his duty as the Baku Ambassador.
