The Marmara Group Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Uzbek Ambassador Alişer Agzamhadjev and thanked the Uzbekistan Government for its attention to the 21st Eurasian Economic Summit.

Dr. Vladimir Norov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (2006-2010) attended the Summit on behalf of Uzbekistan. President of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr. Akkan Suver, stated that the partnership agreement between the Marmara Group Foundation and the Institute of Strategic and Regional Studies (ISRS) in Uzbekistan, of which Dr. Norov is the Director, were very important relations to be taken as an example in the field of civil society.
