Mayor of Besiktas Ali Riza Akpolat gave a Reception at Istanbul Four Season Hotel to mark the upcoming New Year. The reception was attended by the chiefs of diplomatic missions and spiritual leaders in Istanbul. The reception, attended by Dr. Akkan Suver together with the Secretary General of Marmara Group Foundation, Cafer Okray, started with the speech of Mayor Ali Rıza Akpolat.
