To the New Year Reception 2016 held by the Turkish MFA for the Heads of the diplomatic missions, Dr. Akkan Suver, the President of the Marmara Group Foundation attended in his capacity of Honorary Consul General of Montenegro in Istanbul. At the reception, as Vasip Şahin- the Governer of Istanbul Province , H.E. Ambassador Kenan İpek the Representative of Turkish MFA in Istanbul and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev- the PABSEC Secretary General were also present, H.E. Ambassador Mehmet Samsar celebrated the New Year of the Heads of the Diplomatic Missions in his speech on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
