Marmara Group Foundation visited Anıtkabir before the 2024-2025 working period. Atatürk signed the Book of Honor of Anıtkabir with Akkan Suver and his friends. Prof. Dr. Akkan Suver wrote the following in the Anıtkabir Book of Honor: "Great Atatürk, my friends and I are proud and excited to be in your presence today with our civil society identity as the Marmara Group Foundation. We would like you to know that we take Your words "Peace at home, peace in the world" as our guide in every activity and every meeting in which we represent the Turkish nation as a civil think tank in the international arena. April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day is 104 years old

April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day is 104 years old. This holiday was dedicated to the children of the world by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first president of the Republic of Türkiye. Again, this holiday was formed by the spontaneous merger of April 23rd National Day, which was started to be celebrated in the first year of the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), and the Hâkimiyet-i Milliye (National Sovereignty) Day, which was first accepted as November 1st after the abolition of the sultanate on November 1st, 1922, and then merged with April 23rd National Day in 1935, and April 23rd Children's Day, which was declared by the Himaye-i Etfal Society in 1927 and the first of which was organized under the auspices of Atatürk. In 1980, the National Security Council officially named this holiday "April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day". National Sovereignty and Children's Day is one of the official holidays of the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In addition to Turkey and TRNC, it is also celebrated in the Republic of Kosovo as "April 23rd Kosovo Turks National Day". Happy April 23rd

Syriac History in a book

Chorebishop Orhan Çanlı, Patriarchal Vicar of the Syriac Catholic Church, has written the history of the Syriac Catholic Church in Türkiye. Chorepiskopos Orhan Çanlı, who tells the Syriac history of Türkiyein his book, gave a reception on the occasion of the presentation of his book. The reception, which was attended by local officials, academicians, spiritual leaders and Assyrian citizens in Istanbul, ended with a music concert. Honorary Consul of Montenegro Balıkesir and President of Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver visited Montenegro Immigrants Assistance, Solidarity and Culture Association in Burhaniye on the occasion of Ramadan Feast. Former Mayor of Burhaniye Fikret Akova, Ahmet Ulaş, Hasan Özsu and President Adil Özuzun were present at the visit with the participation of Marmara Group Foundation Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç and Müjgan Suver. Akkan Suver's book published in Azerbaijan

Akkan Suver's book, translated into Azerbaijani by Afet Mameyeva, was published by the Atatürk Center in Azerbaijan. Previously, three books of Akkan Suver were published in Azerbaijan.
