The Delegation of the Marmara Group Foundation in Azerbaijan visited Valeh Aleskerov, Deputy Chairman and Deputy of Azerbaijan, in his office and invited him to the 23rd Eurasian Economic Summit. Visit to Fahri Yönlüer

The Marmara Group Foundation paid a farewell visit to the Consul General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (Ambassador) Fahri Yönlüer, who ended his duty as Consul General in Istanbul. During the visit, Dr. Akkan Suver, Engin Köklüçınar and Sezgin Bilgiç were present on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation. During the visit, where the Deputy Consulate General of the TRNC, Cahit Kayıarslan present, Dr. Akkan Suver, expressed his gratitude and thankfulness to the Marmara Group Foundation for their attention and care to the Marmara Group Foundation during his stay in Istanbul. After the written thank-you text was read by Engin Köklüçınar, the visit ended with a family photo that taken together.

3rd Training Has Completed

Grant Proposal Training which is given within the scope of Marmara Strategic and Social Research Foundation's European Union Project which is called 'Turkish Youth and Women for Democracy' has ended with a certificate ceremony. Fund-raising organizations that support non-governmental organizations were introduced in the training. The criteria for receiving grants from international grants, private institutions that support projects prepared at the consular and institutional level were introduced to the participants. After the closing speech of our Project Coordinator Müjgan Suver, Marmara Group Foundation Board Member Lale Aytanç Nalbant and Project Consultant Deniz Özdikmenli gave certificate and wished success to the participants.

Celal Bayar Commemorated in Umurbey

Third President of Turkey Celal Bayar was commemorated in a ceremony held at his graveyard in Umurbey in the 33rd year of his death. At the ceremony, former MP Mehmet Dülger and Akkan Suver made a speech and told about Celal Bayar. In the session directed by Celile Bayar's granddaughter Prof. Dr. Akile Gürsoy, Dr. Akkan Suver talked about his memories of Celal Bayar and Türkeş-Bayar dialogue in his speech.

Visit to Chinese Consul General Cui Wei
