The Consul General of Ukraine organized a Christmas Carols Concert

Oleksandr Gaman, Consul General of Ukraine in Istanbul, organized a Christmas carols concert at the Hagia Triada Greek Orthodox Church due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year. The evening that began with an opening speech by the Consul General and that was followed by the concert of the choral ensemble "Blahovist", was joined by a crowded audience, including diplomatic mission chiefs in Istanbul. After the concert, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew congratulated the choir members and presented them gifts. The concert was finished with a collective photo shoot. King of Romania passed away

H.R.H. King Mihai I of Romania passed away on December 5, 2017. Dr. Akkan Suver signed the book of condolences that is opened ar the Consulate General of Romania in Istanbul on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation and the Montenegrin State, where he serves as Honorary Consul General. H.R.H. King Mihai I of Romania, who was a close friend of the Marmara Group Foundation, was known as a person who recognized Turkey and had great love for the Turks. We share the great pain of H.R.H. Princess Margareta and H.R.H. Prince Radu, who are in a close cooperation with the Marmara Group Foundation. We offer our condolences to the Romanian nation.
