During the medal ceremony, H.E. Ionut Vulpescu- Parliamentarian of Romania, Hon. Sevil Özgür – Undersecretary to the Bucharest Embassy of Turkey and H.E. Constantine Grigorie –Ambassador of Romania to Zagreb were present as well.

Heydar Aliev – National Leader of Azerbaijan has been commemorated at a ceremony on occasion of his 93rd Birthday Anniversary held by Hon. Mesim Hacıyev – Consul General of Azerbaijan to İstanbul.
