On the 79th anniversary of his passing, we as Marmara Group Foundation are commemorating Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the modern Republic of Turkey. Within our civil society identity we want to declare that with his works and his guidance, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is leading the contemporary values of our nation.

In the foreign countries we visit, we are continuously discovering statues and busts of Atatürk, who is not only a guide for the Turkish nation but also for the oppressed folks. On our last visit to Moldova on November 6, 2017 the Marmara Group Foundation, represented by Şamil Ayrım, Cafer Okray and Dr. Akkan Suver, came together under the bust of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
