Şamil Ayrım, the Member of Parliament from Istanbul and Chairman of the Turkey - Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group and Deputy President of the Marmara Group Foundation has been awarded with "The Eternal Leader Chest Medal in Gold and Honorary Diploma" by World Azerbaijanis Civilization Center at the ceremony held at the World Azerbaijanis Civilization Center in Baku.

At the ceremony, Erkan Özerol Turkey's Ambassador to Baku, Ramiz Eyüpoğlu Guliyev, Great Artist Eyüp Guliyev and Necef Kanberov who made great effort in the opening of the Genocide Park in Kayseri and Monument to Ana Feryadı Hocalı were present.
