Albanian Consul General Armand Shandro and his wife Manjola Karame hosted a reception at Pera Palas Hotel in Istanbul on the occasion of Albanian Independence Day.

Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, was also present at the reception, which was attended by the chiefs of foreign missions in Istanbul and high level officials.
