Minister of State and Environment (1991 -1992) and Mayor of Bakırköy/İstanbul (1992-2002) Ali Talip Özdemir paid a courtesy visit to the Marmara Group Foundation. During the visit in which Dr. Akkan Suver, Bilal Bilici and Hasan Yediyıldız were present, Ali Talip Özdemir was presented with information about the works of the Marmara Group Foundation. Ali Talip Özdemir is a well-known and accepted figure among the community of the Foundation as a statesman who did not withhold his high interest from the Marmara Group Foundation during his Ministry and Mayorship periods.
