11 Staff Members of the National War College’s Regional Working Group accompanied by Deputy of Army Attaché Lt. Col. Matthew Pedersen visited the Marmara Foundation and exchanged of views. Marmara Foundation Committee consisted of Former Ambassador Mr. Ertuğrul Kumcuoğlu, Businessman Mr. Cafer Okray, Prof. Dr. Mrs. Sema Kalaycıoğlu, Prof. Dr. Mrs. Sedefhan Oğuz, Retired Admiral Mr. Yüksel Önel and head of Academic Council of MGF Prof. Dr. Mr. Ali Nezihi Bilge met the National War College Committee at the Nar Restaurant. During the 2 hours meeting the parties exchanged of views.
