Congratulations on the Shusha Victory

Great Victory Day of Azerbaijan

We are in the second year of November 8 Victory Day.

Karabakh is now Azerbaijani territory forever through the Homeland War.

Making a statement on the occasion of the second year of the Victory in Shusha, Marmara Group Foundation President Dr. Akkan Suver celebrated the Victory Day, which was realized with the exceptional will of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the great determination of the heroic Azerbaijani soldiers.

Dr. Akkan Suver's statement is as follows:

" On this great Victory Day, we celebrate our Azerbaijani compatriots.

We congratulate the heroic Azerbaijani soldiers.

And we congratulate President Ilham Aliyev, who led this historic victory.

With this victory; The Azerbaijani army liberated 3 cities, 4 towns, and 286 villages from occupation and persecution in 44 days, and Armenia was forced to leave the provinces of Agdam, Kelbajar, Lachin.

The Azerbaijani army wrote a great heroic epic in the Second Karabakh War.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev declared September 27, the day when the operation began, "Martyrs' Day of Remembrance". He declared November 10, the day of the war that Armenia lost, as "Victory Day". However, brotherly Azerbaijan, changed this date to November 8, when Shusha was liberated from occupation, as November 10 was the day of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's death.

From the first moments of the war, Turkish state officials, especially President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the Turkish nation as a whole sided with Azerbaijan. This support of Türkiye provided additional strength and morale to the Azerbaijani people and army.

This war showed us once that Türkiye is Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan is Türkiye.

As the Marmara Group Foundation, we celebrate the Great Victory Day of Azerbaijan with our civil society identity and shout to the world “Karabakh is Azerbaijan”.

On this occasion, we wish our martyrs to rest in peace and wish well-being to our veterans and congratulate the heroic Azerbaijani army and our Azerbaijani brothers, especially President Ilham Aliyev. Happy holiday, Azerbaijan."
