Dr. Akkan Suver Has Been Re-Elected as the President of the Marmara Group Foundation
The 2021 General Assembly of the Marmara Group Foundation was held at the Malta Kiosk in Istanbul with the participation of the Board of Trustees and Young Generation Marmara Group members.
In the General Assembly presided by Fatih Saraçoğlu, Dr. Akkan Suver was re-elected as the President of the Marmara Group Foundation. The new Executive Board of the Marmara Group Foundation was composed of Engin Köklüçınar, Yüksel Çengel, Cafer Okray, Turan Sarıgülle, Lale Aytanç Nalbant, Sezgin Bilgiç, Atty. Serhat Tabanca, Ümran Köksüz, Nimet Ulubay, Oğuzhan Ceylan, Atty. Belgin Tanrıverdi, Mahmut Saklı, Atty. Murat Keçeciler, Bilal Bilici, Gülçin Güngören, Rahmi Dilek and İlker Topaloğlu.
Müjgan Suver was appointed as the President of the EU and Human Rights Platform at the General Assembly while Prof. Dr. Uğur Özgöker was appointed as the President of the Academic Council and Mustafa Ergin was appointed as the President of the Business People Platform.
After the Presidency Council consisting of Dr. Fatih Saraçoğlu, Prof. Dr. Turhan Ece, Ahmet Doğan Arıkan, Cengiz Balkan and Ahmet Polat called upon President Suver for a speech, he thanked the members for their trust and emphasized that they would like to confide the Foundation to the Young Generation Marmara Group Members next year.
