Dr. Akkan Suver was in Belgrade, Nish and Podgorica for 1700th Anniversary of the Edict of Milan

Dr. Akkan Suver was in Belgrade, Nish and Podgorica for

President of Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver attended the Ceremony for 1700th Anniversary of the Edict of Milan, which is a first in inter-religious dialogue, as a guest of Patriarch Bartholomew. First Ceremony held in Belgrade, second in Nish and third in Podgorica for Restoration of "Church of the Holy Resurrection and Divine Liturgy" Cathedral.

Dr. Akkan Suver had a meeting with President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic in Podgorica at the Ceremony for  Restoration of "Church of the Holy Resurrection and Divine Liturgy" Cathedral

In the ceremonies, which held in St. Archangel Michael Cathedral of Belgrade, Holy Trinity Cathedral of Nish and Academy of Podgorica, participants stressed importance of Edict of Milan, which is considered as the base of inter-religious dialogue. Patriarch Bartholomew was the President of Ceremonies. President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic, Prime Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic, Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandir Vucic, President of the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, Patriarch of Moscow Kiril, Patriarch Jerusalem 3. Teofil, Orthodox Patriarch  of Serbia Iriney and many religious leaders also attended the ceremony. 

Edict of Milan Ceremonies, which also included Dr. Akkan Suver's inter-cultural and inter-religious works, held in a colorful atmosphere.
