Eldar Tulyakov, Head of Uzbekistan Strategic Development Center, one of the important think tanks of Uzbekistan, made a courtesy to Dr. Akkan Suver and offered cooperation in the field of civil society between Turkey and Uzbekistan. After the consultation meetings, it was decided to sign a memorandum of understanding agreement with the Marmara Group Foundation and the Uzbekistan Strategic Development Center.
