His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and the Saint Synod council gave a reception on the occasion of the Thronal Feast of St. Andrew the Apostle at the Ceylan Hotel. Orthodox citizens of Istanbul, diplomatic mission chiefs and non-governmental organizations participated in the reception; on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr. Akkan Suver, Müjgan Suver, Cafer Okray and Şen Okray were also present.
