Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov, who represented Turkmenistan with great success as first a consul and later as Consul General in Istanbul for many years, has been appointed to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Qatar.

On the occasion of his departure from Istanbul, Ambassador Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov hosted a farewell dinner for his close friends. Attending the dinner were Lira Sydykova, Consul General of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul, Nermine Mustafayeva, Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Nuriddin Amankul, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Istanbul, Zohir Mirzozoda, Consul General of Tajikistan in Istanbul, Aleksei Shved, Consul General of Belarus in Istanbul, and representatives from Marmara Group Foundation including Dr. Akkan Suver, Oğuzhan Ceylan, and Mustafa Ergin.

Following the dinner, the Marmara Group Foundation expressed their gratitude to Ambassador Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov for his strong commitment to civil society during his time in Istanbul, presenting him with a Commemorative Plaque.
