Rumelian Opinion Leaders held for ending of summer meeting.  At the meeting, it was decided to give scholarships to postgraduate and doctoral students which based on the Balkan issue, together with Rumeli University. Meanwhile, a consensus was reached on giving a thank award to Turkish friends in the Balkans. It was decided to determine the criteria for this issue in the next meeting.  Also was agreed that the next meeting would be held in Bursa.
