While the Presidential Memorandum for sending troops to Azerbaijan was discussed at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Istanbul Deputy and Marmara Group Foundation Eurasian Economic Summits General Coordinator Şamil Ayrım took the floor and stressed the eternal friendship of Turkey-Azerbaijan.
