Dr. Fatih Saraçoğlu extended gratitude to Ambassador Victor Tvircun who completed his period of duty as a Secretary General of BSEC, for his services and warm relations with the Marmara Group Foundation and delivered a speech regarding Amb. Tvircun’s great contributions.  Later on, Dr. Saraçoğlu conveyed the President of the Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver’s regards to Victor Tvircun, and presented the gifts to him on behalf of the Foundation.
