The 28^th Independence Day of Turkmenistan was celebrated in Ankara with a reception given by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Ankara Ishankuli Amanlyev and his wife Gulshat Amanlyeva.

For the reception where Fatih Dönmez Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Mustafa Kapucu Ambassador of Turkey to Ashgabat, foreign mission chiefs, deputies, rectors, business people were present, Dr. Akkan Suver President of Marmara Group Foundation and Vice President Yüksel Çengel also attended.
