Visit to IRCICA
The Secretary-General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hajiyev and President of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr. Akkan Suver made a joint visit to the Director-General of IRCICA "Islamic History, Art and Culture Research Center", Ambassador Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç and wished him success in his new assignment.
In this congratulatory visit, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hajiyev, presented Ambassador Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç with a plaque belonging to PABSEC.
