The Just Women Platform, which set out for universal rights such as equal representation of women in Parliament, protection from all forms of violence, and the prompt enactment and implementation of egalitarian laws, has completed its first year. The platform, formed by 41 civil society organizations including the Marmara Group Foundation's EU and Human Rights Platform and hundreds of individuals, celebrated its first anniversary with ambitious new goals and the slogan "We are proud of ourselves."
