The 99th Gazi Race was held before a large crowd. Cutha, owned by Hulusi Cil and ridden by Ahmet Celik, won the historic event and received the trophy from Istanbul Governor Davut Gul.
Dr. Akkan Suver, Mujgan Suver and Mahmut Sakli represented the Marmara Group Foundation.
