Marmara Group Foundation President and Honorary Consul of Montenegro Dr. Akkan Suver, together with Montenegro's Consul General in Istanbul Branislav Karadzic, paid a courtesy visit to PABSEC Secretary General Prof. Dr. Asaf Hadjiev.
