TRNC Consul General in Istanbul Zalihe Mendeli hosted a reception marking the 42nd anniversary of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

TRNC Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertugruloglu and his wife Oya Ertugruloglu attended together with distinguished guests.

A Marmara Group Foundation delegation led by Dr. Akkan Suver also attended. Dr. Suver celebrated the anniversary and paid tribute to Dr. Fazil Kucuk, Rauf Raif Denktas and the members of the Federal Assembly who approved the historic founding decision.
