The Disaster-Resilient Cities - Avcilar Project invited participants to a webinar on strengthening disaster awareness and preparedness.

Funded by the European Union through UNDP and implemented by the Marmara Group Foundation and Avcilar Municipality, the project promotes cooperation between local authorities and civil society.

The webinar, led by AKOM disaster trainer Berkhan Kusoglu on 28 August 2025, covered pre-disaster awareness, examples from Turkiye and abroad and the online Disaster-Resilient Cities Network.
