Uzbek Ambassador Alisher Azamkhodjaev paid a farewell visit to the Foundation at the end of his successful eight-year term in Ankara.

Accompanied by Consul General Sherzot Abdunazarov and Embassy Secretary Dilruh Temiraliyev, he met Dr. Akkan Suver, Cafer Okray, Serhat Tabanca and Elif Arikan.

He will continue serving Uzbekistan as a senator, chair of parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee and chair of the Uzbekistan-Turkiye Interparliamentary Friendship Group.
