As part of its 40th anniversary, the Foundation presented awards in 15 categories at the 28th Eurasian Economic Summit to preserve the memory of deceased members and volunteers.

Recipients included Emil Constantinescu, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar, Prof. Dr. Ioanna Kucuradi, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hadjiev, Prof. Dr. Ilber Ortayli, Yusuf Sag, Mustafa Gultepe, Yusuf Hikmet Kaya, Dr. Hong Tao-Tze, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Hikmet Cetin, Adem Ceylan, Prof. Dr. Mutlu Erbay, Sedat Ergin and the Turkish National Amputee Football Team.
