Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, conveyed the Foundation’s heartfelt get-well wishes and condolences separately to: H.E. Tufan Erhürman, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, H.E. Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. İsmet Konukoğlu, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to Ankara, Hon. Zalihe Mendeli, Consul General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in Istanbul, following the maritime disaster that occurred off the coast of Kyrenia.

Dr. Akkan Suver expressed his profound sorrow over this great tragedy and shared the deep pain of the people of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He conveyed his condolences to those who lost their lives, wished patience and strength to their families and loved ones, and a speedy recovery to those injured.
