Mr. Sezgin Bilgiç, Secretary General of the Marmara Group Foundation—who was in the People's Republic of China for international engagements in the civil society sector—attended and delivered a speech at the Belt and Road meeting held in Beijing.

During the meeting, Mr. Bilgiç addressed the Belt and Road Initiative and the Middle Corridor Project; he also met with Hon. Dr. Jingyan Sun, the UN Representative for the People's Republic of China and Secretary General of the International Relations Committee, and gave a presentation on the Eurasian Economic Summits organized by the Marmara Group Foundation.
