A reception was held to mark the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Türkiye and the People's Republic of China.

A distinguished group of guests attended the reception, which began with a speech by Hon. Mr. Wei Xiaodong, the Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Istanbul. Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Mr. Cafer Okray, Vice President, were also present at the event.
