Dr. Akkan Suver delivered a speech at the 9th International Blue Black Sea Congress, held at Marmara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences.

During the Opening Panel, in which he participated alongside Prof. Dr. Meral Balcı, Prof. Dr. Tayyar Arı, and Prof. Dr. Betül Karagöz Yerdelen, Dr. Akkan Suver spoke about the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) and the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

The 9th International Blue Black Sea Congress, which also featured contributions from Prof. Dr. Ayşin Satan and Prof. Dr. Alaaddin Yalçınkaya, will continue for two days.
