After the meeting, they made a short explanation, As a Checks and Balances Network, they emphasized in the new constitution it can be only provided with importance of the participation of the citizens and transparency of decision – making process and also demanded these mechanisms to be strengthen.

Drawing attention to Checks and Balances’ development, involving 99 different-represented organizations, Nizamettin Bilici indicated their wish regarding a pluralist, egalitarian, libertarian, participatory democracy.

President of EU and Human Rights of Marmara Group Foundation Mrs. Mujgan Suver remarked that, In participatory democracies, managing the checks and balances mechanisms and providing the separation of powers are not only  composed of balancing and checking the legislature, executive and judiciary. Moreover, Mrs. Suver emphasized all the powers do exist for the society, and pointed to the meeting was extremely beneficial based on bilateral conference.
