Wei Xiaodong, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Istanbul, came together with business people and media members in Istanbul in a meeting on "Opportunities in China". Marmara Group Foundation Vice President Cafer Okray and Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç were also present at the meeting held at ICBC Turkey headquarters.

Syriac Catholic Patriarchal Vicar Monsignor Orhan Çanlı paid a courtesy visit to the Marmara Group Foundation. During the visit, Monsignor Orhan Çanlı, who also thanked the interest shown by the Marmara Group Foundation by participating in the presentation ceremony of the book titled Assyrian History, was accompanied by Patriarchate Secretary Alin Sönmez.
