Speaker of the Albanian Parliament Lindita Nikolla presented the PABSEC Medal of Honor to Dr. Akkan Suver for his contribution to the strengthening of friendly relations and cooperation between the countries of the Black Sea Region.

Dr. Akkan Suver, in turn, presented to the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament Lindita Nikolla his book Albanian Literature, published in Turkey in 1974 (50 years ago).

The Albanian State had previously presented Dr. Akkan Suver with the Albanian State Order in 2017 by President Bujar Nishani.
