Marmara Group Foundation paid a working visit to the Greek Patriarchate of Istanbul and the Armenian Patriarchate of Istanbul. Marmara Group Foundation President Dr. Akkan Suver, Vice President Cafer Okray, Executive Council Member Mahmut Saklı and Marmara Group Foundation EU and Human Rights Platform President Müjgan Suver exchanged views with Patriarch Bartholemeos about their work for 2025. During the visit with Patriarch Sahakyan and Deputy Patriarch Ateshyan, mutual views were exchanged regarding the visit of the Marmara Group Foundation, which will be present as a guest member at the General Assembly of PABSEC (Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation) to be held in Yerevan on 10-13 December 2024.

Süleyman Demirel was commemorated

Süleyman Demirel was commemorated at a special meeting organized in Istanbul. At the meeting, which started with the opening speech of Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Hikmet Çetin, Cavit Çağlar, Ali Naili Erdem, Dr. Aylin Cesur and Dr. Mehmet Haberal, who were friends of Süleyman Demirel, took the floor separately and told their memories about Demirel. The famous historian İlber Ortaylı also gave his views on Süleyman Demirel. Dr. Akkan Suver, Müjgan Suver, Ertuğrul Kumcuoğlu, Engin Köklüçınar and Ahmed Polat from Marmara Group Foundation were also present at the meeting moderated by Hamdi Üçpınar. Good Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğiu also took the floor and shared his thoughts on Demirel.

Ceren and Taha got married

A Reception and Concert was held on the occasion of the Feast of St. Andreas

Patriarch Battholomeos organized a Peace Concert on the occasion of the Feast of St. Andreas, the Founder of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Istanbul. Patriarch Battholomeos made a speech after the Concert given by the Budapest Symphony Orchestra and expressed the need and longing for Peace. He brought up the importance of reaching peace on the table through diplomacy and politics. The event ended with a reception after the concert. Dr. Akkan Suver and Müjgan Suver were also present at the reception.

Governor of Kazakhstan Turkistan visited Şahin Company

Montenegro MPs were at Marmara Group Foundation

Montenegro MPs Nada Lakovic and Gordan Stojovic visited Marmara Group Foundation with Montenegro Consul General in Istanbul Branislav Karadzic and Consul General in Istanbul Drago Martinovic. Dr. Akkan Suver and Mahmut Saklı received the Montenegro delegation and presented information about the Eurasian Economic Summits. Albanian Independence Day celebrated

Governor of Kazakhstan-Turkestan Province was in Kocaeli

Governor of Kazakhstan-Turkestan Province visited Kocaeli Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone. A goodwill agreement was signed between the delegation of Kazakhstan and Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which was received by President Adam Ceylan in Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone. Prof. Dr. Akkan Suver was also present at the visit, where Âdem Ceylan made a speech and introduced Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone to the Kazakh delegation. School Principal Oğuzhan Ceylan also presented a wide range of information about Âdem Ceylan Final Vocational School. Head of the delegation, Governor of Turkestan Azimbek Pazylbekuly and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkestan Investment Berik Khalilollayulu Kenzhebayev made speeches on the opportunities and prospects for industry and investment in Turkestan.After the meeting, talks were held between the delegations. Afterwards, the Akkan Suver Museum at Âdem Ceylan Final Vocational High School was visited. After the visit, the Governor of Turkestan made Dr. Akkan Suver wear Kazakh Kaftans.
